Age requirement
This website and our products are intended solely for adults 21 years of age or older. By using this site you represent that you are at least 21. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every purchase.
Adult-use only; local law
Iconic Dispensary is licensed for adult-use (recreational) cannabis sales in New Jersey. We do not sell medical cannabis. Products may be purchased and possessed only as permitted by New Jersey law, and may not be taken across state lines.
No medical claims
Content on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Cannabis products have not been analyzed or approved by the FDA. There may be health risks associated with consumption. Do not drive or operate machinery under the influence of cannabis. Keep all products out of reach of children.
Online ordering
Online orders are placed through a third-party menu and ordering platform, subject to the terms of that platform. All orders are fulfilled in person at our Lumberton location upon age and ID verification, and are subject to New Jersey purchase limits.
Intellectual property
The Iconic Dispensary name, logo, and all site content are our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iconic Dispensary is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
